Creating a memorable
experience has been Levy’s
motto, so when Cabana
Cachaça reps came to him of-
fering an alternative to “shot
girls” to entice guests to try
the brand, he obliged.
Throughout the summer, and
potentially into the fall months, the group
at Cabana brings in mixologists to create
variations on the Caipirinha cocktail and
offer straight samples for patrons to enjoy
from a special table set up in the bar’s
back garden.
The table display is like a typical bottle
service presentation and is refreshed with
a constant supply of mixers, fruit, ice and
glassware, which the bar offers alongside
Cabana’s provided spirit. Guests select
their fruits and mixers and the
mixologists create the drink, to
avoid over-serving.
“It absolutely gives an added value
and layer to the guests’ experience,”
Levy explains. “We plan on continuing
this occasionally for the summer and pos-
sibly beyond.”
