Valley of the Moon Pinot Noir
and Cabernet Sauvignon
Valley of the Moon has released 5,300 cases of
its 2006 Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon
and 3,000 cases of its 2007 Carneros Pinot
Noir. The Cabernet has blackberry, red currant,
anise and semi-sweet chocolate aromas, and
its integrated tannins promise additional development with cellaring. The Pinot Noir showcases blueberry, black cherry, cola and clove
aromas and flavors. Weight and structure on
the palate lead to a delicate, lingering finish.
